Delivery times will vary based on your global location, but most items arrive within 1-2 business days after dispatch.

What is your return policy?

A: At the House of Esosa Igwe, every piece is made to order specifically for you. Because of this personalized process, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind or incorrect size selection.We provide a 30-day return window for any items that arrive damaged, defective, or if you receive the incorrect product, You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or a replacement.

Are any purchases final sale?

A: Yes. Due to the bespoke nature of our made-to-order process, most items in our collection are considered Final Sale. These pieces are created specifically for you upon purchase and cannot be returned. Any item subject to this policy will be clearly designated as Final Sale on the product page before you complete your acquisition.

How do I ensure I order the correct size?

A: We provide a detailed Size Guide on every product page. Many of our silhouettes, such as the "Specimen" series, are designed with an intentional Relaxed Fit. My tracking number isn't updating. What should I do?

A: Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for the courier's tracking portal to update. If your tracking information has not moved for more than 5 business days, please contact our concierge at support@esosaigwe.com, and we will investigate the status of your delivery immediately.

What if my item arrives with a defect?

For our UK collectors, please note that we offer complimentary shipping on all orders over £120

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

A: You may request an address change within 2 hours of purchase. Once an order enters our production lab, the logistics are locked and we are unable to redirect the package. Please double-check your details at checkout to ensure a successful delivery.
